SAANICH - It was Luv-A-Duck day Feb. 14 at the Swan Lake Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary. Kids and parents learned how ducks keep their legs warm, walk on tip toes and water ski and left with a quacking duck noise maker. Mallard ducks are currently making their winter home on Swan Lake.
