Cambie Solsqua Road flooding

Heavy rain Wednesday and debris overwhelmed a culvert at the east end of Cambie Solsqua Road at what's known as Ylisto Creek. Attempts to alleviate the congestion failed, and the creek came over the road that evening. Flooding continued Thursday.
