Parksville scooter rodeo

PARKSVILLE - Scooter owners gathered for a rodeo at the Parksville community centre Wednesday. RCMP, ICBC and scooter businesses Medi Chair and Life Support were on hand to offer safety advice. Volunteers helped the owners go through obstacle courses for fun and prizes.
