Power To Be

A wilderness camp for disadvantaged youth has been showing young people a wide range of natural attractions up and down Vancouver Island over its 10-year existence. The Power To Be Society, based in Vancouver and Victoria, held an event at Camp Bernard in the Otter Point area over the spring break.
