Fall Studio Tour Lenny de Groot

NORTH SAANICH - Lenny de Groot is a quilting diva, despite the fact she makes very few quilts. Quilted pieces dominate the decor in her home, a particularly large and bright quilt hanging above the living room sofa. But the quilt is a few years old. As of late, the North Saanich artist has been creating wall art of other forms. She began creating about 15 years ago, upon retirement, when a friend hauled her to a Victoria Quilters Guild meeting.
