BCHL Interior Conference Final — Penticton Vees versus Vernon Vipers

VERNON- The Penticton Vees found themselves having to return to Vernon for Game 5 to save their playoff lives. After trailing 2-0 in the first two periods, the Vees received offence from Beau Bennett and Joey Holka to claw back into the game and started a lengthy overtime war with their long time rivals. At 7:14 of the third overtime, Vees captain Denver Manderson pushed the series to Game 6 after taking Bennett's feed from behind the net and showing patience before depositing the puck high on Vipers goalie Graeme Gordon.
